Brother Of R&B Singer Gerald LeVert, Sean LeVert Dies

Today's entertainment gossip is that the brother of popular R&B singer Gerald LeVert, and the son of O’Jays singer Eddie LeVert, Sean LeVert has died. Gerald LeVert died two years earlier on November 2006. Gerald died in his sleep at the age 40.

Sean LeVert was a member of the R&B group LeVert along with his brother Gerald before Gerald decided to go solo. Sean also appeared in movies, including "New Jack City".

Sean LeVert died in the Cuyahoga County Jail apparently of natural causes. He was in jail for allegedly failing to pay about $80,000 in child support. He was 39-years-old.

It’s a shame that another tragedy has struck the LeVert family so soon. I want to give my condolences to Eddie LeVert and his family.

I Was Wrong About The Celebrity Apprentice

Today's entertainment gossip is that I was wrong about who would win The Celebrity Apprentice. I predicted that Trace Adkins would win and if you watched the show last night you that Piers Morgan won. I went for the long shot and I was wrong.

I had based my prediction on the fact that Trace would get more Celebrities to come and that they would donate more money, which they did. I also base it on the fact that Donald Trump liked Trace a lot. I didn’t count on Piers getting those big auction bids, which is want put him over the top. If not for that his other actions like wanting to get the celebrities drunk so that they would bid more would have cost him the game.

I like both Piers and Trace I just like Trace more. At any rate I really enjoyed The Celebrity Apprentice I think it was a great idea to make the change and I can’t wait until the next season.

Richie Sambora Arrested For DUI

Today's entertainment gossip is that Richie Sambora, the guitarist for Bon Jovi was arrested for DUI yesterday. If that isn’t bad enough, Sambora had his 10-year-old daughter, Ava, in the car with him along with another minor and a woman.

Richie Sambora has had two stints at drug rehap neither of which seemed to have worked. An investigation is underway to decide if Sambora should also be charge with child endangerment because he was driving drunk. Sambora was stopped because he was observed him driving erratically in his black Hummer endangering the lives of himself, his passengers and others.

It’s time Richie Sambora admitted he has a serious problem and get some serious help.

A George Michael Tour?

It seems George Michael has faith enough in his star power to do a tour covering the United States and Canada. In my opinion that’s a lot faith considering his last album "Patience", came out 2004. The album did however make to number 12 on the charts mostly thanks to an appearance on "The Oprah Winfrey Show."

George Michael does still have a strong international appeal, but that appeal has dropped in the US over the last 10 years. It has been 17 years since George Michael’s last tour. The tour is set to begin June 17 at the San Diego Sports Arena.

I wish George Michael a lot of luck on this tour.

Hulk Hogan And Family Being Sued

The family of wrestler Hulk Hogan is being sued by the family of John Graziano the guy who was injured in Nick Hogan’s street racing crash last year. The lawsuit specifically names Hulk, Linda and Nick stating that they were negligent and directly liable for the accident.

John Graziano, 17-years-old, remains in critical condition in a Florida hospital and has not regained consciousness since the August 2007 accident. He was a passenger in Nick’s car when he was allegedly drag racing and lost control. The suit states that Hulk and Linda Hogan should be held legally responsible for their son’s accident.

What’s more damaging is that Hulk Hogan purchased alcohol for Nick and his friends the day of the accident and knew or should have known that Nick was driving under the influence and failed to take appropriate action.

John Graziano will require care for the rest of his life and his family is facing massive medical bills. It’s time for Hulk Hogan and family to step up to the plate and do what’s right.

British Singer Corinne Bailey Rae's Husband Found Dead

Jason Rae was found dead Saturday in his London apartment. Jason Rae is the husband of British singer Corinne Bailey Rae who is best known for her hit “Put Your Records On”. Corinne, who is 31-years-old married Jason in 2001 when she was 22-years-old.

Jason Rae was a saxophonist in the band The Haggis Horns. Authorities suspect that Jason died from a drug overdose, but early test results were inconclusive and police are waiting on further toxicology tests. Corinne Bailey Rae wasn’t in the apartment at the time her husband’s body was found.

My Celebrity Apprentice Prediction Comes True

I had been telling people last week the Celebrity Apprentice showdown would be between Piers and Trace and I was right. Some thought it would be between Piers and Lennox Lewis and although I’m a big fan of Lennox I didn’t think he did enough to make it to the final two.

Although it was recommended that Trace Carol Alt be the last two, Donald Trump went with Piers knowing that a show down with anyone Piers would be a good fight. But he also knew that a showdown with Piers and Trace would be a hell of a fight.

I’m going to predict that trace will ending being the Celebrity Apprentice because he is so hungry for it just to whoop Piers’ ass. Plus I think Trace and the better team.

Britney Spears' TV Appearences

It looks like Britney Spears is trying to put her troubles behind her and get back into the swing of things. The troubled pop star will be making two TV appearances. One on the outrageous cartoon show “South Park”. Britney wants to get away from it and the boys help her get to the North Pole where they find out the secret to her popularity.

Britney Spears will also be appearing on the hit CBS TV show, "How I Met Your Mother". Britney will be sporting a more subdued look in her part as a lovesick receptionist. "Can we have sex and then go shopping?" is Britney’s first words on the show are to Barney, the sleazy playboy played by Neil Patrick Harris.

Britney Spears is also planning a tour to promote her new album "Blackout".

Spitzer’s Girl, Ashley Dupre Gone Wild

Today's entertainment gossip is that Ashley Dupre also known as Kristen the girl the Eliot Spitzer paid thousands of dollars to be with is also an alumnus of the “Girls Gone Wild” tapes. Joe Francis the owner the “Girls Gone Wild” empire who was just released from jail had offered Ms Dupre a million dollars to do a DVD telling her side of the Eliot Spitzer encounter.

Well, it seems that after checking the “Girls Gone Wild” archives, Francis found 7 days of footage with Ms Dupre. The tape was made when Ashley Dupre was 18. She had a fight with a friend and was ousted from her hotel, Dupre found the “Girls Gone Wild” bus, signed papers and spent a week on the bus filming seven full-length tapes, which included nudity and same-sex encounters.

According to reports Joe Francis will still offered Ashley Dupre $1 million for a new video and promotional tour.

May Pang And John Lennon

Today's entertainment gossip is that May Pang, John Lennon’s former assistant, lover and the woman for whom John Lennon left Yoko Ono for at least for a brief period of time, a time that John had called his lost weekend, has written a book.

The book, which is called “Instamatic Karma”, is of photos May Pang took Of John Lennon and his family. A big launch party was held for the books launch and was hosted by Lennon’s first wife, Cynthia Lennon. Cynthia said that she and May Pang have become very good friends in the past 30 years many because of their love of John Lennon. The book launch party was a standing room only event that included many stars and celebrities.

May Pang’s affair with John Lennon lasted for 18 months in which time May Pang claims she came close to reuniting the Beatles. Pang also claims the John Lennon had several one-night stand affairs on her in the brief time they were together. Yoko Ono is the one who actually put May Pang and John Lennon together in an attempt to save her Marriage to the rock star. John did eventually come back to Yoko. What a love story huh?

Halle Berry’s New Baby Girl

Halle Berry gave birth to a baby girl yesterday. Halle, who is 41-years-old had told Oprah Winfrey that after playing a mother in the movie "Things We Lost in the Fire", that she thought motherhood was for her.

The father of the baby is 32-year-old model Gabriel Aubry who Halle Berry met while shooting a Versace ad in Los Angeles two years ago. The couple has no plans to marry stating they don’t need a piece of paper to prove their commitment to each other.

Halle Berry has won an best-actress Oscar for "Monster's Ball" and has also won an Emmy and a Golden Globe for "Introducing Dorothy Dandridge."

Michael Jackson Keeps Neverland

Today's entertainment gossip is that Michael Jackson has made a last minute deal to keep his Neverland ranch. Neverland was set to be auctioned March 19 because Michael had gone into default owing $24.5 million.

Michael Jackson bought the former cattle ranch and named it Neverland after the mythical land of Peter Pan where kids never grow up. Michael was 29 when he purchased the property and at the height of his career.

Michael installed a merry-go-round, bumper cars, a Ferris wheel, roller coaster, a game arcade and a private train on the p property along with a zoo that had flamingos, giraffes, elephants, orangutans and reptiles. He even brought in a veterinarian and snake handler to care for the animals.

After his trial in June 2005 when he was acquitted of molesting a 13-year-old visitor, Michael left Neverland and hasn’t been seen there since. In fact no one is even living in the place.

It is unsure what Michael Jackson plans for Neverland or even how long he will hold on to the it.

Sex Didn’t Sell For American Idol Hopeful

Today's entertainment is that even though sex sells it didn’t quite sell for American Idol hopeful David Hernandez. It was found that Hernandez had been a male stripper in Glendale, Arizona. But even with that sexy background it wasn’t enough to hold his place as an American Idol hopeful.

Hernandez is the first to be booted from the show of the coveted top 12. Hernandez said before leaving the stage "Honestly, things happen for a reason. I think we all have a plan. This isn't it for me." Even though his sexy background didn’t work for him on American Idol, I’m sure it will still work for him in his career. You can bet we’ll be seeing David Hernandez again.

Jackie Chan And Jet Li Together At Last

This is a team up that a lot of people have been wanting to see for a long, long time, myself included. Jackie Chan and Jet Li are going to be starring in a movie together at last. I mean what took so long?

"The Forbidden Kingdom," is the name of the movie and is scheduled for released in the US this spring and will premiere in China in April. It’s about an American teenager who takes a fantasy journey to ancient China to rescue a mythological monkey king. Jet Li plays the monkey king and a silent monk and Jackie Chan plays a monk called T'sa-Ho".

Lohan Reality Show Without Lindsey

Today's entertainment gossip is that Lindsey Lohan was heard saying she won’t be showing up on her mother’s new reality show, “Living Lohan”. Lindsey Lohan’s mother, Dina Lohan, signed a deal with E! to produce the show that will start filming this month in New York.

Although Lindsey may have no plans to appear on the show, her sister Ali who is 14-years-old and her brother Dakota, who is 11 will be in the along with mom Dina.

Lindsey Lohan has reportedly sobered up and is even giving her younger sister Ali advice not to follow in her footsteps. Good advice Lindsey.

Lisa Marie Presley Reluctantly Announces Pregnancy

Today's entertainment gossip is that Lisa Marie Presley was kind of forced to announce that she is pregnant after new stories came out degrading her for being over weight. After photos of Lisa Marie came out of her eating lunch a London newspaper, “The Daily Mail”, said in print "Like father like daughter? Bloated Lisa Marie is now the double of dad Elvis."

Lisa Marie Presley made this statement about all the unflattering media coverage, "You know if you were pregnant and you felt you were expanding uncontrollably by the moment as a result, and the worldwide media started badgering and harassing you for it, plastering you everywhere in an unflattering light, you would be mortified as well".

Justin Timberlake Refuses Request To Tour With Britney Spears

Today's entertainment gossip is that Justin Timberlake was asked by Britney Spears' father, well more liked begged by Britney's father to tour with his troubled ex-girlfriend as an attempt to re-fuel failing career. Justin refuse the request stating that he was exhausted after finishing an 18-month world tour that ended in December and that he had no plans to tour at all in 2008. Justin Timberlake did say that he still cared for Britney and that he wished her the best.

It is speculated however that the real reason Timberlake refused the request to tour with Spears is his girlfriend, Jessica Biel who Timberlake reportedly is getting ready to propose to. Jessica is also reported to have a jealous streak and it would probably not be a good idea for Justin Timberlake to be traveling with someone he was once intimate with.

Britney Spears is currently rehearsing for a world tour to promote her new album"Blackout" and has also been training in private.
